solution

4x – 1 ≤ x + 5 and  x + 5 ≤ 5x {splitting the equation in two parts}

4x – x ≤ 1+ 5 and  5 ≤ 5x - x

3x ≤ 6(divide by 3 both sides) and  5 ≤ 4x (divide by 4 both sides)

x ≤ 2 and  ⁵/4 ≤ x

x ≤ 2 and  x ≥ ⁵/4
