solution

3x – 1 ≤ x + 5 and  x + 5 ≤ 36x

3x – x ≤ 1+ 5 and  5 ≤ 36x - x

2x ≤ 6(divide by 2 both sides) and  5 ≤ 35x (divide by 35 both sides)

x ≤ 3 and  ¹/₅ ≤ x

x ≤ 3 and  x ≥ ¹/₅
