Solution

4x – 21 ≤ x + 45 and  x + 45 ≤ 6x

4x – x ≤ 21+ 45 and  45 ≤ 6x - x

3x ≤ 66 (divide by 3 both sides) and  45 ≤ 5x (divide by 5 both sides)

x ≤ 22 and  9 ≤ x

x ≤ 22 and  x ≥ 9
