solution

10a⁸ = 10 (a²)⁴.

10a⁸ = 10 (3)⁴.   [ since a² = 3]

10a⁸ = 10[3 x 3 x 3 x 3]

10a⁸ = 10[81]

10a⁸ = 810

10a⁸ = 810  answer
