Solution

50 - 2x ≤ 90

- 2x ≤ 90 - 50

- 2x ≤ 40

-2x  ≥  40         [ dividing by 2 on both sides]

x ≥ -20  [inequality sign changes because we divided by -2 on both sides]

Hence x ≤ 12
